SMH integrio BV with the trade name ‘INTEQRIO’ take your privacy seriously and tries to protect the privacy of personal data. • The personal information we collect


In addition to the data that Inteqrio receives directly from clients via telephone or e-mail, we will also collect data from users who place orders via the website or visit the website. This data includes e.g. logs, network data, data & access to systems, data from the sender & recipients of messages sent on our services, times & location of login or access, duration of the sessions, clickstream & similar usage or system data. This data can sometimes be traceable to/related to not only companies but also mentioned individuals. Upon request, we may provide visitors to our website with access to any information, including confidential information we hold about them (but not other users, unless required by law), including contact information (e.g., name, delivery address, telephone number, email address). We also collect the email addresses of people who communicate with us via email & aggregate information about which pages users visit. Information shared by users such as research information and/or registrations on the website is also collected. The information we collect is mainly used for internal assessment & to improve the content of www.annadutch.nl & services. It is also used to notify users of updates to our services. 4. Ways of saving & duration of saving


Inteqrio can store your data in its databases, e.g. the client database or supplier database, for reference. This means that we may retain information even if someone no longer uses the Inteqrio services or after a person no longer has contact with Inteqrio. Unless otherwise required by law, authorities or regulatory bodies, we will only retain data for a reasonable period after collection.

Inteqrio will only share data with third parties if you agree to this. Data necessary for the provision of services such as delivery (name of recipient, delivery address, telephone number, etc.) will be securely shared with third parties where necessary. Details about who your data has been shared with & why are available on request. Inteqrio’s customer base is not shared with third parties.


6. Email Alerts, Correspondence & Newsletters


Inteqrio will occasionally send e-mail alerts & e-mail correspondence to customers who have placed an order in-store, by telephone, via e-mail or the website. E-mails are sent to the addresses provided directly to Inteqrio by the customers. From time to time we will also send newsletters about services, new products, etc. You can opt-out of receiving email alerts or newsletters at any time by following the instructions in the alert, notification or e-newsletter. or by emailing info@inteqrio.com.
